Shared Beginning
— Prepare Together · Grow Together —
Because preparing for birth isn't just
about welcoming a baby into the world.
It's about growing into parenthood, together.
Four Fridays. Four intentional evenings. One shared arrival at parenthood — held in the practice of yoga, breath, and presence with the partner beside you.
More than a class.
By the fourth Friday, you'll leave with practices, language, and a partnership that carries you through the birth and into the days after.
A shared breath practice
Tools you can use in labor, in the middle of the night, and every ordinary day of parenthood after.
A closer partnership
Move, breathe, and prepare together — so you arrive at the birth already in rhythm with each other.
Confidence in your body
Prenatal yoga rooted in trauma-informed principles. Your body already knows. We help you trust it.
A community of couples
Six couples per cohort. Real friendships often start here — many of them last well past the birth.
Four weeks. Four thresholds.
Each session builds on the last. Come to all four — that's where the practice lives.
Arriving in the Body
Foundations of breath, prenatal alignment, and softening into the changes already underway. A first check-in — where each of you is standing at the door.
Building Together
Movement as a shared language. Partner-assisted postures, communication practices, and simple ways to co-regulate through the intensity of pregnancy and labor.
Preparing for Labor
Breath tools, positions for each stage of labor, and rehearsing the moments — so when they arrive, they feel familiar. Presence practices for the birth partner.
Into Parenthood
Closing circle. What we carry forward — into the birth, into the fourth trimester, into becoming parents together. A quiet ceremony to mark the beginning.
Session themes are guides — Elizabeth adapts each evening to the couples in the room.
Held together.

Elizabeth Rose
Prenatal Yoga · Birth Preparation
Elizabeth leads this series with the steady presence of someone who has walked the threshold herself. She weaves prenatal yoga, breath, and honest conversation into every session — creating room for both partners to arrive as they are and leave a little more prepared for the birth ahead.

From Couples Who've Walked It
What they said, after.
By week three, we could feel a rhythm we didn’t know we were missing. When labor started, we already had the language.
Sarah & Ben
Spring 2025 cohort
The breath practices got me through 14 hours of labor. My husband knew exactly what to do because we’d practiced it.
Meredith & Josh
Fall 2024 cohort
This wasn’t just birth prep — it was relationship prep. Best gift we gave ourselves before the baby came.
Ava & Marcus
Winter 2025 cohort
Names have been softened for privacy. Real words from real couples.
Investment.
Spaces are intentionally limited — six couples per cohort.

Cost shouldn't be the reason
Payment plans available. Ask us anything.
If the price is a barrier, please still reach out. We'll work with you.
Everything you might be wondering.
Do we need prior yoga experience?
No. Prenatal and partner-based sequences are taught from the ground up. If you can breathe, you can practice with us.
How pregnant do I need to be?
20+ weeks is ideal but not required. We adapt for every stage of pregnancy. Reach out if you’re unsure — we’ll talk it through.
What if we can’t make every Friday?
The series is designed to build — please plan to attend all four. If a conflict comes up, we’ll work with you.
Is this only for married couples?
No. This is for any birth partner — spouse, partner, mom, doula, best friend. Whoever is walking this with you.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes, water, and an open heart. Mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are provided at the studio.
Are payment plans available?
Yes — reach out and we’ll set one up. Cost should never be the reason a couple doesn’t come to this.
