Breathe. Bend. Be., LLC (DBA 3B Movement)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

3B Movement offers yoga, Pilates, and somatic movement classes, workshops, and teacher training programs at our studio located at 4801 N University Ave #530, Provo, UT 84604.

3. Membership & Payments

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. Class packs expire according to the terms at purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Please review our cancellation policy before purchasing.

4. Class Cancellations

You must cancel your class reservation at least 2 hours before the class start time to avoid a late-cancel fee. No-shows are subject to the full class fee.

5. Health Disclaimer

Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk. You acknowledge that you are physically fit to participate in our classes. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3B Movement is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes or use of our facilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of 3B Movement and protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and in accordance with all applicable laws. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from our community.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
