Your First Class

You don't have to be ready. Just come.

Nobody arrives at their first yoga class flexible, fearless, or fully sure. That's why we're here. Here's what to expect.

Before You Come

Six things to know.

What to wear

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Nothing fancy. No shoes on the mat.

Arrive early

Come 10 minutes before class. Sign in, set up your mat, take a breath.

Where we are

4801 N University Ave #530, Provo — inside The Riverwoods.

Bring nothing

Mats, blocks, blankets, straps — everything is provided. Just bring water.

All levels welcome

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need experience. Come as you are.

Trauma-informed

Hands-on assists are always optional and consent-based. Your body sets the pace.

Which class first?

Four classes we recommend for your first time on the mat. Pick whichever calls you.

B1 Vinyasa Flow

Weekday mornings · 9:15 AM

Our foundational class. Gentle enough to learn, alive enough to feel.

B Gentle

Fridays · 9:15 AM

The softest way to start. Slow, supported, and no yoga vocabulary required.

Adaptive Yoga

Tue/Thu · 10:45 AM

Designed to meet every body exactly as it is — with mobility, injury, or none of the above.

Restorative

Wednesdays · 8:00 PM

Held postures, bolsters, near-silence. If you’re tired, start here.

Come as you are. Leave a little softer.

Questions before you come? Reach out — we're happy to walk you through it.
