At 3B, we want everyone to feel at home in their practice. Whether you’re looking for unlimited access, a flexible pack of classes, or a gentle way to get started, we’ve designed options to meet you where you are.
Unlimited Memberships give you consistent access to all standard classes, plus member benefits like guest passes, boutique discounts, and complimentary mat rentals.
Class Packs offer flexibility if you prefer to drop in a few times a month.
Intro Offers provide a low-stakes way to explore our community and see if 3B is the right fit for you.
3B Cares Membership
For those who need additional support, we offer the 3B Cares Membership, a reduced-rate program created to make movement accessible to more members of our community. This membership replaces our former Adaptive and Prenatal memberships, while also extending to individuals with disabilities, those who are pregnant or postpartum, students, caregivers, and others facing financial or personal circumstances that make a full-price membership difficult.
If you don’t fit one of these demographics but feel that support would make a difference, you are still welcome to apply. 3B Cares is intended for people who are truly in need and who also believe, as we do, that movement can support and transform their lives.
