Across cultures and centuries, breath has been used as a sacred tool for healing, release, and awakening.
Through intentional, connected breathing, we access the body’s innate intelligence — softening tension, unblocking energy, and expanding awareness.
This guided experience by Zach Rehder invites you into an altered yet conscious state of presence. As the breath builds and energy moves, old patterns and stored emotions may surface and release. Many describe moments of deep peace, clarity, love, or a sense of connection beyond words.
Each journey is unique. The process is safe, supported, and designed for integration. You remain fully conscious and in choice throughout — allowing what wants to move, move.

What to Bring:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
Avoid eating for at least one hour before the session. Eye masks will be provided, or you may bring your own.

Breathwork is not recommended for those with severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or a history of aneurysm, or for those using major medications. Pregnant individuals should consult their physician prior to attending. If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and inform the facilitator.
